摘要
利用ABAQUS软件,在考虑螺栓预紧力和筒体内压的作用下,对快开法兰-活节螺栓-垫片连接结构进行了有限元应力分析计算,按照JB4732-1995《钢制压力容器———分析设计标准》对关键部位进行了应力线性化处理,并利用此结果进行了应力校核。结果表明,关键部件的应力满足强度的要求。
A finite element stress analysis was carried on the quick open flange mechanism of pressure vessel using ABAQUS software considering the role of pre-tightening force of bolt and internal pressure in barrel. The stress linearization was done on the key parts according JB4732-1995 Steel Pressure Vessels t Analysis and Design Standards, and stress checking was done using this result. The results show that the stress intensity of key parts meets the requirements.
