基于Fluent的中空玻璃合片机混气系统建模及仿真

摘要 以填充两种混合惰性气体的中空玻璃为研究对象,用Gambit软件建立其二维模型,采用CFD软件Fluent对其内部复杂的气体流场进行二维数值模拟。给定玻璃尺寸、充气口的充气压强、工作环境的温度等参数,对其进行Fluent仿真。结果表明,混合惰性气体的充满时间为0.32s;填充的气体浓度也能满足产品要求。故在开放式的环境中对中空玻璃进行两种混合惰性气体的填充是可行的。 The assembling machine of insulating glass is taken as study object, a two-dimensional model is set up by Gambit software. By setting the glass size, nozzle pressure, working temperature and other parameters, its Fluent simulation is carried out. The results show that, the time is 0. 32 second when the mixing gas is filled, and the gas concentration can also meet the requirements for product. Therefore, filling the inert gas in hollow glass in the open environment is feasible.
