摘要
建立由枪管和自动机构件组成的简易模型,通过在ADAMS中进行动力学仿真,赋予枪机和枪机框实际的复进到位速度和质量,利用ADAMS中的Impact函数对参数进行设置,并对求解步长和插值算法等进行精确控制,对结果进行测量,得到了枪机复进到位的碰撞力。
In this paper, the automatic-mechanism motion elements of the standard rifle in modular gun family are estimated with MATLAB software programming, and the reasonable critical parameters are chosen. By use of the feasible dynamic matching program, the matching analysis of gas hole structure parameters is carried on to determine the structural parameters of different types of guns, and the requirements of the modular gun family are met. The development cycle of the modular gun family is shortened, the interchangeability of weapon equipment is increased, both the overall performance of the gun family and the design efficiency of the gun family are improved.
