摘要
选择了氟金云母陶瓷与轴承钢进行了盘销式摩擦磨损试验,测试了摩擦因数和磨损率。通过金相显微镜观察了材料表面的磨损形貌,探究了玻璃陶瓷与轴承钢的磨损机理。研究结果表明:在较低载荷作用下,摩擦因数较低;载荷继续增加,摩擦因数趋向稳定;在整个对磨过程中,玻璃陶瓷与轴承钢的磨损机理以磨料磨损为主。
This paper carried out the disk and pin friction-wear tests by use of ftuorophlogopite glass ceramic and bearing steel. The friction coefficient and wear rate were tested. The morphologies of worn surfaces of glass-ceramics and bearing steel were observed by using the optical microscope. The results show that: the lower loads, the lower friction coefficient; when the load increases, the coefficient of friction tend to be stable at 0. 095. In the whole process of grinding, abrasive wear is the main wear form between glass ceramics and bearing steel materials.
