摘要
提出了采用轧制方法加工螺杆马达定子新工艺,概述了新工艺的成形原理,对其变形过程进行工艺过程分析、有限元模拟和试验研究,试验结果表明了实现该新工艺的可行性。与现行螺杆马达定子加工工艺对比,具有高效率、低成本的特点。
The new process of rolling screw motor stator was put forward. The forming principle of the new process was summarized. The deformation process was analyzed by finite element simulation and experiment. The experiment result shows that the new process is feasible. Compared with the existing screw motor stator processing, the new process is of high efficiency and low cost.
