详细介绍了以过程控制技术与基础自动化控制系统相结合的加热炉自动燃烧控制技术,其中过程控制级实现了炉内钢坯加热物理过程的数学模型,基础自动化控制级可以方便地将主要加热工艺参数自动设定调节到最佳状态,使加热炉更节能、高效、稳定地运行。
This paper introduces the reheating control technology which combines the process control technology and basic automation control system. By use of this technology, the process control level realizes the mathematical model of slab heating in the furnace; the basic automation control level can automatically adjust the main reheating process parameters to keep the system in the best state, making the reheating furnace run more energy-saving, more efficient and more stably.
