As an efficient, energy-saving, environment-protective, automatic equipment for separation of solid and liquid, the hyperbaric filter has been used ia coal preparation industry widely. A company ia the domestic non-ferrous metal industry was the first one to introduce the hyperbaric filter used in copper concentrate dewatering production. In this article, starting from the control principle, a depth analysis to the difficult in service was carried out. This work may provide better guiding for the daily maintenance of the filter.
