机油泵油腔直径对流量的影响

摘要 为了研究齿轮泵油腔直径对流量的影响,加工制造了油腔直径分别为Φ63mm和Φ63.4mm的油泵各16台,并在实验台架上进行了试验。分析结果表明:增加泵体油腔的尺寸,在怠速时流量变化较小,在高速时流量稍微有所增加,但增加幅度不大。两种油腔直径流量数据在均值附近微小波动,均没有偏离均值较远,说明油腔直径的轻微变化对流量波动影响很小,即油腔直径略有增大,流量增加量微小。 In order to study the influence of the oil chamber diameter on the discharges of gear pump, 16 sets of oil pumps whose chamber diameters are Ф63 mm and Ф63.4 mm respectively were made and tested in experimental stand. The analysis results show that; increasing the size of the oil chamber of the pump body, their flows hardly changes on idle condition, flow increased slightly at high speed, but the rate of increase was not obvious. Flow data of two oil chamber diameters fluctuated slightly near their means and had not deviated from the mean distant. It proves that slight changes of the diameter of the oil chamber has little effect on the flow fluctuations. Namely, the oil cavity diameter slightly increased, the flow increase very small.
