鸡胚中禽波氏杆菌的分离鉴定及耐药性分析 被引量:1

摘要 从出现孵化率降低(80.3%)和弱雏率增多(16.5%)等现象的山东某大型海蓝褐种禽孵化场18日龄将出壳鸡胚中分离到1株禽波氏杆菌,命名为LL09株,并进行了23S rRNA的序列扩增和耐药性分析。结果表明,其23S rRNA序列与同年分离到的XT09株的同源性为100%,与其它8株B.avium的同源性为96.2%~96.6%,而与GenBank中收录的B.avium NC-010645的同源性为95.8%。该菌对所检测的14类47种药物中有28种呈现完全耐药,6种为低敏,只有13种药物比较敏感。耐受药物中包括了头孢类、青霉素类、单酰胺环类、大环内酯类、糖肽类、磺胺类等常用药物,只有喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类和呋喃类中的部分药物的杀菌效果较好。 Decrease of Hatchability ( 80. 3% ) and increase of weak chicken rate ( 16.5% ) emerged in a large Highland Brown breeding poultry hatchery of Shandong province, and one Bordetella avium strain was i- solated from its 18-day-old chick embryos and was named isolate LL09. Then its 23S rRNA sequence was am- plified and antibiotic resistance was analyzed. The results showed that the 23S rRNA sequence from isolate LL09 showed maximum similarity of 100% with the gene from strain XT09, 96.2% - 96.6% with the other eight B. avium strains, and 95.8% with NC-010645. Among 47 detected drugs, this isolate showed complete- ly resistant to 28 drugs, low-sensitive to 6 drugs and only sensitive to 13 drugs. Resistant drugs included ceph- alosporins, penieinins, Monocyclic lactam, macrolides, glyeopeptides, sulfa etc. Only effects of part of quin- olones, aminoglycosides and furans were perfect.
