摘要
由不同来源海水分离纯化到5株好氧反硝化细菌,通过脱氨氮、亚硝态氮对比实验,获得1株好氧反硝化细菌。并获得该菌最佳脱氨氮、亚硝态氮的pH值为7.5,温度30～35℃,C/N为7∶1。
Five strains of aerobic denitrifying bacteria were separated and purified form the sea water of differ- ent sources, a highly active oxygen denitrifying bacteria was obtained by comparison experiment of de-NO3-N and NH4-N. The best biological removal of NO3-N and NH4-N was pH 7.5, temperature 30 - 35 ℃, and best C/N ratio 7： 1.
