基于PDA移动终端卫生应急现场处置系统的设计

Research on the design of PDA movable termination-based health emergency on-site disposal system

目的:加强卫生应急队伍装备的信息化建设,改善传统信息采集工具的局限性,以适应卫生应急工作需要。方法:使用个人数字助理(掌上电脑)(PDA)移动终端的卫生应急现场处置系统的设计,采用专家调查法进行卫生应急现场处置中需求分析。结果:着重从模块和功能两个层面介绍了基于PDA移动终端的卫生应急现场处置系统的设计,并分析了其在现场卫生应急处置工作中的具体作用。结论:PDA移动终端具有性能稳定、携带方便及功耗低的特点,在卫生应急现场处置中具有广阔的应用前景。

Objective：To improve the limitations of the traditional information collection tools and strengthen informationization of health emergency equipment in order to meet the needs of health emergency.Methods：We use Delphi method to analyze the needs of health emergency on-side disposal by using PDA movable termination-based health emergency on-site disposal system.Results：It introduced the design of PDA mobile termination-based health emergency onsite disposal system through module and function and analyzed its specific role in on-site health emergency response.Conclusion：The terminal is easy to carry,low power consumption,and performs stably.It also has broad application prospects.
