摘要
目的:选择在相同检测条件下比较不同传感器在实际检测中的输出信号。方法:对医用诊断X射线检测探头与传感器进行分类比较,包括电离室、半导体探测器、闪烁探测器,说明其原理与特点。结果:检测结果显示,电离室剂量检测相对较好,但不能直接用于能量检测;半导体探测器由于信号强度较小,直接应用和开发有一定难度。结论:闪烁探测器是目前使用最广泛的传感器,其在医用诊断X线检测中具有非常广泛的前景。
Objective:To compare the signals exported from different detection sensors of medical diagnostic X-ray equipment.Methods:It describes the characteristics and principles by comparing the probe and sensor of medical diagnostic X-ray equipment,including ionization chamber,semiconductor detector and scintillation detector.Results:The results showed that the detection of ionization chamber is better but can't be used in energy measuring,semiconductor detector is difficult to apply and develop directly because of the less intensive signal.Conclusion:Scintillation Detector is widely used and has promising future in medical diagnostic X-ray detection.
