基于.NET的医学图书馆数据填报与统计系统的设计实现

Design and realization of.NET-based data report and statistic system of medical library

目的:为提高医学图书馆的工作效率,减少重复劳动,迫切需要开发出应用计算机技术的业务数据统计系统。方法:开展用户调查,对医学图书馆实际业务数据需求进行分析,运用Oracle数据库和微软的.NET平台,开发基于.NET的数据填报与统计系统。结果:业务数据统计系统实现了系统部、办公室、采编部、流通阅览部、参考咨询部、教研室及个人7个部分的数据填报和统计功能。结论:业务数据统计系统可以为用户提供完整、详尽的医学图书馆实际业务数据,为医学图书馆资源建设和科学管理提供依据。

Objective：To develop a data statistic system for improving the work efficiency and reducing the duplication of efforts in librarians.Methods：We analyzed users＇ demands of medical library data by a user survey.Secondly,we developed.NET-based data report and statistic system by using Oracle Database and.net platform of Microsoft.Results：This statistic system provides the data filling and statistic function for seven departments of library and librarian individual.Conclusion：This system can provide detailed work data,and the statistical results can be used as the reference for resource development and scientific management in medical library.
