基于PDCA循环的医院物资配送质量管理

Quality management of PDCA Cycle-based hospital supplies distribution

目的:通过引入PDCA循环的现代管理模式,建立新的医院物资配送模式。方法:建立基于PDCA循环的医院物资配送质量管理框架,结合无线射频识别(RFID)技术,在全院进行推广,对比采用PDCA循环管理框架前后各6个月的物资配送评价数据(包括平均配送时间、损耗、安全事故、差错率及临床满意度5个方面)。结果:与原有配送制度相比,采用PDCA循环管理框架后的物资配送评价数据均得到改善和提升。结论:建立基于PDCA循环的医院物资配送质量管理体系对于现代化医院的管理建设具有重要的现实意义。

Objective：To establish a new distribution model by introducing the PDCA cycle-based modern management.Methods：We established and extended the management framework of hospital supplies distribution quality which combined with RFID technology.The evaluation data which covered the average delivery time,loss,security incidents,error rate and clinical satisfaction for each six months before and after using the PDCA management framework were compared.Results：Compared with the previous distribution system,the evaluation data that adopted PDCA cycle-based management framework were improved.Conclusion：The establishment of PDCA cycle-based hospital supplies distribution management system is significant for the construction of modern hospital management.
