大型医用设备配置与管理工作思考及对策

Policy suggestions for improving configuration and management of large medical equipment

目的:为优化大型医用设备配置与管理工作提供政策性建议和参考。方法:采用文献评阅及实地调研的方法,简析在政策实施过程中出现的问题,并提出相应的对策。结果:尽管国家在对加强大型医用设备的配置与管理工作进行积极地探索与实践,但在实施过程中仍浮现出许多问题,大型医用设备的管理体系不健全,配置与管理工作并没有达到预期的效果。结论:大型医用设备配置与管理工作应从宏观和微观、政策建议及配套措施3个层面加强管理力度,实施管理政策。

Objective：To provide countermeasures and suggestions for improving configuration and management of large medical equipment.Methods：We analyzed the problems during the policy implementing and proposed relevant suggestions by adopting literature commendatory and spot investigation.Results：The exploration and practice on strengthening the configuration and management of large medical equipment have been conducted in recently years,however,there are still many problems during implementing process like lack of effective management system,the configuration doesn＇t match the management.Conclusion：According to the above problems,this thesis aims to explore countermeasures and suggestions for the configuration and management of large medical equipment in macro,micro policy and supporting measures.
