泌尿系低剂量螺旋CT扫描技术的应用分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的:对泌尿系低剂量螺旋CT扫描技术的应用进行分析探讨。方法:选取在我科检查的泌尿系患者76例,采用常规B超、X射线平片、VIP和低剂量螺旋CT扫描进行检查,并对其检查情况进行回顾性分析。结果:经B超、X射线平片及VIP联合临床检查确诊,上述泌尿系检查患者中,42例为泌尿系结石,26例为疑似结石需要进一步检查,8例未见异常。通过螺旋CT对泌尿系的平扫或泌尿系成像(CTU)检查,使用图像重建技术后共有63例患者被确诊为不同程度的肾、输尿管、膀胱结石;3例患者确诊泌尿系结核;2例为外伤引起的肾破裂损伤和膀胱破裂损伤;2例为输尿管扩张畸形;6例未见异常。结论:在泌尿系检查中有效运用低剂量螺旋CT扫描技术能够有效提高泌尿系疾病的检出率和检查准确性,同时极大地降低X射线的辐射剂量,值得临床推广应用。 Objective:To explore the application of low dose spiral CT scan used in urinary tract treatment.Methods:We selected 76 patients,conducted the examination and adopted retrospective analysis by conventional ultrasound,KUB,VIP and low-dose spiral CT scan.Results:According to the results,42 cases suffered from urinary calculi,26 cases were suspected calculi and needed further examination,8 cases were normal.However,there are 63 cases were diagnosed with different degree of kidney,ureteral or bladder calculi through using flat sweep of spiral CT or urinary tract imaging inspection (CTU).Three cases suffered from urinary tract tuberculosis,2 cases suffered from traumatic cause kidney damage and rupture of bladder rupture damage,2 cases suffered from ureter expansion deformity and 6 cases are normal.Conclusion:The application of low dose spiral CT scan technology can improve the urinary tract disease detection rate and the inspection accuracy effectively.It also can reduce X-ray radiation dose and be well worth clinical popularizing and application.
