摘要 蛋壳是一种重要的钙源,可以用来制备活性碳酸钙。它可以广泛的应用于食品添加剂和药物。本文论述了近几年来蛋壳制备活性碳酸钙的研究现状,探讨了关于碳酸钙表面改性的方法及原理包括物理改性和化学改性,介绍了活性碳酸钙的两种常用制备方法——间歇鼓泡式喷雾法和连续喷雾多段碳化法以及制备活性碳酸钙的主要用途及前景。通过介绍了钙在体内的吸收情况,并就碳酸钙在食品领域目前的应用和开发途径的介绍,预测今后钙在食品领域的发展方向。提出了一些利用蛋壳中转化为活性碳酸钙的设想,为开发利用蛋壳中的碳酸钙提供科学理论的依据。 Eggshell is rich in calcium, which can be used to make activated calcium carbonate. It can be extensively used in food additives and medicines. The principle and method liked as physical modification and chemical modification for surface modification of calcium carbonate with compound coupling are described. The two methods for preparing ultrafine active carbonate, batch bubble carbonization and muhistep carbonization with continuous spray are presented. The applications of the product of development are discussed. The absorption of calcium in the body were introduced briefly in the text, and introducing the application of calcium carbonate in several fields, predicting the development of calcium carbonate in the food field. The research status for preparation of activated calcium carbonate using eggshell in recent years were discussed, and some presumption about using eggshell calcium carbonate convert to the activated calcium carbonate were point out, which aimed to offer the scientific theory for the development and utilization of the eggshell calcium carbonate.
