民营企业使用新生代农民工的思考

Reflections on Private Enterprises' Employment of New Generation of Migrant Workers

新生代农民工是我国经济二元结构发展和演变的必然产物,他们与第一代农民工相比具有显著的特点。民营企业是吸纳农民工就业的主要阵地,充分认识新生代农民工的特点,转变企业人力资源管理中的认识误区,改进用工策略,将成为解决民营企业"用工难"、"用工荒"的一种新思路。

New generation of migrant workers are an inevitable product of the development and evolution of Chinese dual economic structure.Comparing with the first generation workers,they have significant features.Private enterprises are the main positions for the peasant-workers.With full knowledge of their features,private enterprises should transform the misunderstandings of human resources in enterprisers management and improve the employment strategies,which will become the new thoughts of ＂employment difficulty＂and ＂labor shortage＂.
