新建本科院校科技服务地方经济的现状与对策

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Newly-Established Universities' Science and Technology Service for Local Economy

科技服务地方经济是高校重要职能之一,本文探析了新建本科院校科技服务地方经济中存在的若干问题,提出了营造科技成果转化制度的软环境,建设聚集发展的综合教学科研共用平台,完善科技网络信息共享平台,打造"引才育才"的金字塔形科技创新团队,培育服务社会模式下的科研管理队伍等对策。

It is one of important functions for new universities that science and technology serve the local economy.This paper first analyzes the problems of science and technology service for the local economy in the new universities,and then puts forward some suggestions,such as the construction of soft environment of the system of transforming scientific and technological achievements,the construction of the comprehensive development platform for both teaching and research,development of the science and technology network information sharing platform,the building of the pyramid of scientific and technological innovation team in ＂introduction and cultivation of talents＂,and the cultivation of the scientific research management team in the mode of the social services.
