摘要
教育公平可以分为宏观层面和微观层面的教育公平,前者主要是指教育资源在城乡之间、区域之间和校际之间的合理配置,后者主要指学校内部教育资源的分配和课堂教学中的公平。班主任是推进学校内部教育教学公平的重要因素,因为班主任是学校内部教育资源的主要分配者,是学生成长和发展的主要关注者和期望者,同时还是学生成长和学业的重要评价者,所以,班主任在促进学校教育教学过程公平中具有十分重要的作用。
Educational equality can be divided into macro-layer educational equality and micro-layer educational equality,the former referring to the proper distribution of educational resources among urban and rural areas,different regions and schools;the latter referring to the equality of educational resources distribution within the school and of classroom teaching activities.Class guidance teachers are significant factors in enhancing educational equality within the school,since they are the main educational resource distributors within the school and close observers and expectants of students’growth and development;meanwhile they are also important evaluators of students’growth and studies.Thus class guidance teachers play a very significant part in enhancing educational equality during the school educational course.
