摘要
构建科学合理的培养模式是提升我国硕士研究生培养质量的关键。从学制视角,围绕着"培养什么人"以及"如何培养人"这一基本教育命题,本文总结了目前我国硕士研究生培养模式类型及特点,进一步剖析了我国现有硕士研究生培养模式构成要素存在的问题,并在多元化培养目标的指导下,探究了我国硕士研究生培养模式的改革路径。
The key to improve postgradate quality is to construct the scientific and reasonable training mode.From schooling system,we study the types,characteristics and problems of postgraduate training patterns about the basic education proposition of ＂what kind of people to cultivate＂and ＂how to train them＂.Besides,we expore the path of reform on postgraduate training modes to fit diversified training objectives in China.
