摘要
通过对大叶相思采穗圃营建过程中不同种植密度、不同修剪高度对单株萌条数、穗条量及扦插生根率、根数、根长的影响进行研究,并在此基础上计算平均每hm2获得穗条量、扦插苗木数,提出了大叶相思采穗圃营建的最佳模式为20 cm×20 cm的种植密度、30 cm的修剪高度。为大叶相思通过采穗圃营建技术获得大量扦插苗木提供了理论依据。
The effects of different planting densities and cutting heights of Acacia auriculiformi in the cutting orchard on the numbers per plant sprouting, production of cuttings, rooting rate, rooting numbers and rooting length were investigated, and based on the datum, the average cuttings yield and numbers of cuttings per 0.667 hm2 were calculated. It was concluded that the best model for cutting orchard was: planting density 20 cm X20 cm, cutting height 30 cm. The results provide a theoretical foundation for producing a large number of cutting seedlings through building a set of optimal cultivation pattern of cutting orchard.
