摘要 目的 比较分析瞬间采样和连续采样的噪声测定结果。方法 选择机械加工过程中危害较大的空压工、木材下料工、清理钳工、铆工、钣金工、锻工等工种 ,用HS5 6 6 0型声级计和NL 2记录式声级计分别进行噪声的瞬间采样及个体的连续采样。结果 两种方法同时测定 ,空压工、下料工的结果基本一致 ,其它工种的瞬间采样较连续采样高 6 .3~ 12 .5dBA ;同一工种 ,工作量相当的不同工作日NL 2测定结果一致 ,否则有差异 ;同一工种不定期的瞬间采样 ,其结果的差异与噪声的稳态性相关。结论 多次瞬间采样的标准误 ,初步反映噪声的稳态性 ,可试用 x±s x表示 ;个体连续采样较瞬时采样准确、客观 ,但NL Objective To compare and analyse the results of continuous and instantaneous sampling of industrial noise.Methods Some noisy types of work in machinery processing such as air compressoring, wood cutting, riveting, metal cutting, piercering and forging were chosen to measure the noise. Steady noise (dBA) and unsteady noise (LeqA) were instantaneously sampled with HS5660 sound level meter and continuously sampled with NL 2 personal sound level meter respectively.Results Steady or sub steady noise was basically in the same level in air compressoring and wood cutting,while pulse noise measured with the HS5660 was 6.3~12.5 dBA higher than LeqA with the NL 2. It was showed that the noise level was consistent with the type of work measured with the NL 2. Aperiodic instantaneous sampling in the same type of work demonstrated that the difference of the results related to the steady state of the noise.Conclusion The steady state of the noise could be reflected by the standard error of repetitious instantaneous sampling and expressed as ±s . Compared with the instantaneous sampling, the result of personal continuous sampling was much accurate and objective, although NL 2 itself needs improving.
