摘要
从阻尼孔设计优化角度进行分析,通过AMESim的元件设计库构建模型,建立摊铺机的找平液压系统模型,经过调整阻尼孔参数设置、运行和调试动态仿真,验证了阻尼孔差异性对找平系统的运动位移、速度的影响因素,并通过改变阻尼孔的大小得出不同运动的动态曲线,为找平系统工作性能的优化设计提供理论依据。
From the damping hole design optimization angle analysis, through the AMESim component design library building model, establish the model of leveling hydraulic system of paver, through the adjustment of damping hole parameter settings, operating and debugging dynamic simulation to verify the differences between damping hole for leveling system movement influence factors of displacement, velocity, and by changing the size of the damping hole at the different movement of the dynamic curve for leveling system performance optimizztion provide a theory basis for the design.
