摘要
单牙轮钻头以切削方式破岩 ,形成具有网状切削轨迹的井底模式。这种切削方式传递的能量充分、破岩效率高、适合于在深井和超深井中使用 ;同时 ,单牙轮钻头的牙轮转速比钻头转速低 ,可满足动力钻具对钻头高转速的要求。另外 ,单牙轮钻头对地层岩性具有广泛的适应性 ,弥补了 PDC钻头对地层岩性变化比较敏感的缺限。小尺寸单牙轮钻头在中原油田的应用获得很大成功 ,平均机械钻速达到 1.77m/ h,平均井径扩大率达到 2 1.8% ,为提高小井眼固井质量创造了有利条件。
Zublin bit penetrates by cutting the rock, which is a powerful and hig hly efficient work model, and suitable for drilling deep wells. The rotation spe ed of the roller is slower than the bit rotation, which is of essential for the efficient operation of the downhole motor, and comparing to the PDC bit, Zublin bit can be widely used in various formation conditions. The small size Zublin bi t is successfully used in Zhongyuan Oilfield; it achieves an average ROP of 1.77 m/h and a 21.8% hole enlargement, which is good for cementing in the slim hole.
