下肢动脉粥样硬化性疾病的中医研究进展

下肢动脉粥样硬化性疾病是动脉粥样化的重要肢体表现,中医药治疗有其独特的优势.本文通过大量古籍及临床研究,系统回顾中医药对下肢动脉粥样硬化的论述,从病因病机、辨证论治等方面论述下肢动脉粥样硬化性疾病的研究进展。本虚标实、虚实夹杂的是其发病的主要病理特点,肝脾肾正气不足是"本",而"虚"、"痰"、"瘀"既是"标",也是本病发病的主要病理产物,结合中医药现代临床研究,从虚实角度出发,治疗中以扶正补虚、祛痰化浊、祛瘀通络等方法,探求中医治疗的特色及优势。冀以为下肢动脉粥样硬化性疾病治疗提供一定的借鉴。

Lower extremity atherosclerotic disease is an important physical performance atheroma, traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantage,Through nearly 10 years of ancient books and clinical research,a systematic review of TCM is discussed on lower limb atherosclerosis,Research progress of the etiology and pathogenesis,dialectical theory of governance and other aspects of lower extremity atherosclerotic disease. According to the deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,pathological characteristics of inclusion of actual,from the point of＂virtual＂,＂phlegm＂,＂stasis＂,combined with clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of modern,with tonic,expectorant,Quyu Tongluo method,to explore the characteristics and advantages of TCM treatment. Hope to provide some reference for the treatment of lower extremity atherosclerotic disease.
