摘要
通过对我国水路运输技术标准现状的分析，梳理了民用水路运输技术标准体系，并以此为基础分析了水路军事运输技术标准存在的问题及需求，初步研究构建了水路军事运输技术标准体系，以提高军事运输的质量和效率。
On the analysis of present situation of waterway transportation technology standard in China, this paper generalized a civilian＇ s waterway transportation technology standard system, based on it, this paper studied the problems and the requirements of the military waterway transportation technology standard, then built up the military waterway transportation technology standard system.
