特种运输物料状态检测及应急指挥系统框架研究

Research on Framework of Material State Sensing and Contingency Commanding System of Special Transportation

特种运输物料是特种运输中需要重点监控的对象，通过对物料状态的实时检测、预警并实施应急调度指挥，为防止事故发生、降低事故危害程度提供技术方法。提出特种运输物料状态检测及应急指挥系统框架，对包括特种运输物料自动识别系统、状态实时检测系统、应急指挥平台、公共数据服务平台等在内的建设内容进行分析，为进一步的研究和应用提供参考。

Some materiel need monitor particularly on special transportation. By detecting state of material in time, raising the alarm and giving contingency command, the accident can be prevented effectively and the destructive power can be controlled. The framework of state sensing and contingency commanding system of special material transportation was proposed, and the important contexts were analyzed ,such as material identification system, in-time state sensing system, contingency commanding platform and public data servicing platform, which can provide the reference to further research and application.
