高效的铁路枢纽倒运保障是倒运工作顺利开展的前提，分析了新时期铁路枢纽倒运保障存在的主要问题，并提出了相应的对策措施，以提高倒运保障能力，适应倒运的需要。

As an important part of military transportation support system, transship support has an crucial effect on the con- tinuity of military transportation. This paper investigated the main problems of present railway-hub transshipment which happens in IT-based warfare and emergency situations, and proposed several countermeasures.
