摘要
通过对某重型高机动越野车实测运输振动数据进行处理和比较分析,得出不同载荷、不同方向上该车的振动特性。通过计算,得出运输振动功率谱密度(PSD)的主要集中区域为0~20Hz,并且低频部位的能量大于高频部位的能量。分析不同方向、不同载荷下振动强度大小的差别,发现不同载荷状态下振动强度峰值出现在2Hz和5Hz左右。
Based on the processing and comparative analysis of the actual measured transportation vibration data for a heavy high mobility cross - country vehicle, the vibration characteristics of different load and directs on the vehicle have been achieved. The concentrated area of transportation vibration power spectral density (PSD) is 0 - 20 Hz, and the energy of low - frequency part is greater than the energy of the high - frequency part. The vibration intensity with the variation of load state, as well as the difference of the vibration intensity in different directions, have been analyzed. The peak of vibration intensity under the different load conditions is around 2 Hz and 5 Hz.
