摘要
阐述了山地高机动物资补给平台橡胶带式无级变速器(continuously variable transmission,CVT)的结构,分析了其调速特性。根据各参数对CVT调速特性的影响,提出并选定最优方案。结果表明,通过改变CVT的自身结构可优化CVT的调速性能,使发动机在稳定状态下维持在最大功率点附近工作。
The structure of rubber V - belt continuously variable transmission was discussed and the speed control performance of mountain high mobility materials supplement platform was analyzed. According to various effects of parameters on CVT speed, the optimum scheme was put forward and selected. The high performance of CVT can be optimized according to the result to make the engine of the stable condition to work near the maximum power point.
