Research on Military Transportation System Adapting to Large Department System Reformation of Transportation Ministry

国家交通运输大部制改革和交通运输企业市场化运作，对我军现行军事交通运输体制、机制带来了重大影响。根据国家综合交通运输体系改革变化，结合军事交通运输现代化建设发展方向，提出军事交通运输体制建设的基本构想，对军事交通运输机构职能调整和改革方向进行探讨，旨在推进战略投送保障能力提升和军事交通运输工作科学发展。

The large department system reformation of transportation ministry of the PRC and the market running of the transportation enterprises have the important influence on the military transportation system. According to the reformation of the national comprehensive system of transport, and considering the direction of the military transportation modem construc- tion, the basic conception of the military transportation system construction was brought forward. The function adjusting and reformation direction of the transportation organization were discussed, in order to promote the support capacity of the strategic projection and the development of military transportation work.
