大力开展基于信息系统体系作战的装备保障联合训练，是联合作战和体系对抗的必然要求，是提升战斗力的新增长点和重要途径。贯彻落实中央军委关于拓展军事斗争准备、深入推进军事训练转变的要求，从掌握训练新规律、确立训练新理念和探寻训练新对策入手，加强信息化条件下装备保障联合训练问题研究，对提高基于信息系统体系作战装备保障能力具有重要意义。

Based on information system, combat equipment support joint training is needed by joint operations and system countermeasures, and is the important approach for enhancing new battle effectiveness. Carrying out the direction and requirement of centrai military committee for extending military warefare preparation and promoting military training transformation deeply,reinforcing equipment support united training in the background of informatization condition with mastering new training rules, establishing new training concepts and research on new training measures, which have important signifi- cance for enhancing the equipment support ability based on information system battle.
