近代中国设计的制度肇因——从晚清民初的赛会与国货运动谈起

Originating Cause of the System of Modern Chinese Design——Starting from Competi tion and Nati onal Pr oduct Movement in Late Qing and Early Republic of China

近代赛会与国货运动属于中国近代史研究的两个话题,本文将这两者归置于一个统一的研究语境,通过分析晚清民初的赛会、国货运动相关文献,分析它们背后共生的近代中国设计的制度肇因。如果说赛会制度的形成为中国近代设计制度提供了生发的土壤,那么国货运动则为设计制度的具体构建、调整、废弛提供了动力与验证办法。

Modern competition and National Product Movement were two important topics in the research of modern Chinese history. This thesis put the two into one unitary context for research to analyze the cause of the founding of the modern Chinese design system co-existed behind them through studying relative documents about the two in late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China. If we say the forming of the competition system has provided the earth for the growth of modern Chinese design system, National Product Movement has provided driving forces and proving approaches for the establishment, adjustment and neglect of the system.
