人类白细胞抗原DR在脑卒中后免疫抑制中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 单核巨噬细胞表面表达的人类白细胞抗原DR(human leucocyte antigen-DR,HLA-DR)是外源性抗原肽递呈过程中最重要的分子,其表达水平可在疾病早期反映外周免疫状态。HLA-DR由人类白细胞抗原基因Ⅱ类DR区域编码,主要表达于单核巨噬细胞、树突状细胞等抗原递呈细胞,在机体免疫系统中发挥着许多重要功能。近年来发现,急性脑卒中后外周单核细胞HLA-DR表达与机体免疫抑制密切相关,作者就HLA-DR在脑卒中后免疫抑制中的作用做一综述。
