摘要
代谢性脑病是由不同代谢障碍引起全脑功能紊乱的一种临床综合征。本文就有机酸代谢障碍、肝性脑病、尿毒症性脑病及其血透后脑病、可逆性大脑后部白质脑病、Hashimoto脑病和电介质失衡脑病的临床表现和神经影像学进行讨论。
Metabolic encephalopathy is a clinical syndrome which describes a state of global cerebral dysfunction induced by many different metabolic disturbances.Organic acids disorders,hepatic encephalopathy,uremic encephalopathy and its dialysis disequilibrium posterior,reversible leukoencephalopathy syndrome,Hashimoto encephalopathy,acute adrenal failure and encephalopathy due to electrolyte disturbances were reviewed.
