摘要
目的探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)技术检查兔VX2肾癌瘤内出血的价值。方法 20只新西兰大白兔建立兔VX2肾癌模型。种瘤后21d分别行常规MRI及SWI检查,MRI检查结束后取肿瘤进行病理学检查。分析图像,比较两种检查方法的结果。结果 20只荷瘤兔中,1只因图像伪影明显予以剔除,另19只MRI检查观察到28枚肿瘤。常规MRI的瘤内出血检出率为75%(21/28),低于SWI的100%(28/28)(P<0.01)。结论 SWI较常规MRI检查能更好地检出兔VX2肾癌瘤内出血。
Objective To explore the value of susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)in detecting the intratumoral hemorrhage of rabbit VX2renal carcinoma.Methods Rabbit VX2renal carcinoma model was established in 20 New Zealand rabbits,which underwent conventional MRI examination and SWI examination followed by pathological examination on the 21st day.The images of the conventional MRI and SWI were analyzed and the results were compared.Results One rabbit was excluded because of obvious artifacts.Twenty-eight renal xenografts were observed in 19rabbits.The incidence rate of intratumoral hemorrhage detected by conventional MRI was 75%(21/28),which was lower than 100%(28/28)by SWI(P〈0.01).Conclusion Compared with conventional MRI,SWI displays better in detecting the intratumoral hemorrhage of rabbit VX2renal carcinoma.
