摘要黄斑部视网膜下出血（submacularhemorrhage）是位于黄斑区视网膜色素上皮层（RPE）和神经上皮层之间的出血，其自然病程预后不良，可能与黄斑下出血的毒性作用和引起出血的病理改变联合作用有关。近年来已采取多种方法治疗黄斑下出血，
