摘要
用苄基三甲基氢氧化铵作相转移催化剂 ,在常压下由苯胺和溴乙烷合成 N,N 二乙基苯胺 ,研究了反应体系中各反应因素对产率的影响 ,其优化工艺条件为 :在 4 5m L 4 5%的氢氧化钠溶液中 ,苯胺和溴乙烷的摩尔比为 1∶ 1 .50 ,苄基三甲基氢氧化铵用量为 0 .6 0 g,85℃常压反应 6 h,产品产率为 90 .8%。
N,Ndiethyl aniline was synthesized by the reaction of aniline with bromoethane, in which benzyl trimethyl ammonium hydroxide was used as phase transfer catalyst. Various reaction factors affecting the yield of N,Ndiethyl aniline have been studied. The optimal reaction conditions were, anilinebromoethane molar ratio 1∶1.50 in 45 mL 45% sodium hydroxide solution, catalyst 0.60 g, reaction temperature 85 ℃, reaction time 6 h under normal atmosphere. The yield of N,Ndiethyl aniline was 90.8%.
