Mobi-C人工椎间盘置换治疗颈椎间盘突出症短期疗效观察

The short term effect of Mobi -C artificial disc replacement in the treatment of cervical spondylosis caused by cervical disc herniation

目的探讨应用颈椎人工椎间盘置换治疗颈椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 2009-03-2012-03应用Mobi-C人工颈椎间盘置换术治疗25例颈椎间盘突出症患者,记录并统计分析患者在术前、术后的疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、神经功能改善情况JOA评分及植入节段的运动范围影像学评估。结果 25例患者获得12～36个月随访,平均22个月。术前与术后(VAS)、JOA评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而术前与术后植入节段的运动范围差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用Mobi-C人工颈椎间盘置换术治疗颈椎间盘突出症,可以保留手术节段的活动功能,短期临床效果满意,是一种合理选择。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of cervical artificial disc replacement in the treatment of cervical disc herniation.Methods From March 2009 to March 2012,25 patients with cervical disc herniation were given the Mobi-C cervical artificial disc replacement surgery.The preoperative and postoperative pain visual analogue scale（VAS）,the improvement of nerve function JOA score and range of motion of the implanted segment imaging assessment were recorded and analyzed.Results 25 patients were followed up for 12 to 36 months,an average of 22 months.Preoperative and postoperative VAS,JOA score had statistically significant differences（P＆lt;0.05）;preoperative and postoperative implanted segmental had no statistically significant difference in range of motion（P＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion Mobi-C cervical artificial disc replacement in the treatment of cervical disc herniation can retain surgical segment activities and has satisfactory short term clinical results,is a reasonable choice.
