电针夹脊穴对第三腰椎横突综合征局部压痛影响的临床研究

The clinical study of electro-acupuncture therapy on local tenderness point in patients with lumbar transverse process syndrome

目的评价电针对第三腰椎横突综合征局部压痛的影响。方法将60例第三腰椎横突综合征患者随机分为电针组和单纯针组,每组30例。电针组选取L1、L2夹脊穴及L3横突阿是穴,于L1、L2夹脊穴连接电针,留针30 min;单纯针刺组除不加电针仪外,余均与电针组相同。10次为一疗程,共治疗2个疗程。采用视觉模拟评分法测量治疗前后第三腰椎横突综合征局部压痛的变化并采用JOA下腰痛评分表评价患者治疗前后疗效。结果两组患者治疗后压痛评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),电针组降低更明显。两组治疗后JOA评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),电针组提高更明显。临床疗效比较,电针组显著优于单纯针刺组。结论电针夹脊穴对第三腰椎横突局部压痛有很好的改善作用,且疗效明显。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of electro-acupuncture therapy on relieving tenderness around the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into electro-acupuncture therapy group（n=30） and acupuncture therapy group（n= 30）.The VAS scoring was used to evaluate the tenderness around the third lumbar transverse and the JOA scoring system was used to evaluate the clinical effect and lumbar function improvement before and after treatment.Results The VAS scores of two groups after treatment were significantly higher than before treatment（P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion Electro-acupuncture therapy has obvious effect on third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Compared with simple acupuncture therapy,electro-acupuncture therapy can more effectively improve the pain symptom and the lumbar activity.
