大型医院手术室规范化培训学员理论培训模式

Trainees heoretical Training in Large Hospital Operating Room Standardized Training

目的探讨手术室规范化培训学员理论培训多元化方法与模式。方法通过采用系统的、多元化的培训方式,对2008年11月-2012年2月在手术室进行规范化培训的138名学员予以手术护理理论为基础的专业培训和引导。结果 114人(82.61%)顺利完成本阶段培训,因工作需要中途转入其他科室培训20人(14.49%),离职3人(2.17%),因不适应手术室工作转入病房1人(0.72%)。通过培训,学员均取得护士执业资格,在专业素质和综合素质全面提高的基础上达到了大型医院专业护士的业务水平,能够胜任手术室专业护士岗位的护理工作。结论大型综合医院手术室护士规范化培训一定要在普通理论培训的基础上进行专科特色理论培训,方能使学员培训完后即可在新的岗位上胜任其角色。

Objective To investigate diversified methods and models of theoretical training in operating room standardized training.Methods Through systematic and diversified knowledge training,138 trainees accepted professional training and guidance between November 2008 and February 2012.Results A total of 114（82.61%） trainees successfully completed this phase of training.In the meantime,20（14.49%） transferred to other departments because of work requirement,three（2.17%） resigned,and 1（0.72%） transferred to the ward due to disability to meet the operating room work requirement.Through the training,all participants received nurses qualifications,improved their professional quality and achieved a level suitable for large hospitals.Eighteen trainees stayed in the hospital operating room,competent for the work.The rest chose to work in the ward,and were well received.Conclusion Nurses standardized training in large hospitals must be conducted on the basis of ordinary skill training in order to achieve the purpose of working in large hospitals immediately after graduation.
