摘要
目的测量中国人脑丘脑底核(STN)的三维靶点、体积,为立体定向功能神经外科提供临床基础数据。方法在连续扫描的T2翻转加权序列MR轴位图像上,选取每例样本STN所见横径最大层面,利用efilm软件自动读取该层面两侧核团中心点的坐标,按不同年龄分组进行对比研究。结果右侧STN的中心点坐标为X=11.38±1.19mm,Y=-1.18±0.31mm,Z=-3.95±0.94mm;左侧STN的中心点坐标为X=-11.59±1.20mm,Y=-1.05±0.21mm,Z=-3.05±0.25mm,STN中心点坐标与年龄存在相关性。结论随着年龄增加,STN的中心点坐标向上、外、前移动;人脑STN体积左侧大于右侧。
Objective This study is aimed to establish basic clinical datas for stereotactic and functional neurosurgery by measuring Chinese brain STN's 3-dimensional target and volume.Methods Select the maximum cross-section of STN on the continuous axial scanning of T2 weighted reversed magnetic imaging of each sample,read the coordinates of STN's center point of both sides automatically by software Efilm,and make a comparative study according to different age group.Results STN's center point coordinates:Right:X=11.38±1.19mm,Y=-1.18± 0.31mm,Z=-3.95±0.94mm;Left:X=-11.59±1.20mm,Y=-1.05±0.21mm,Z=-3.05 ±0.25mm.STN's center point coordinates are relative to age.Conclusion The coordinates of STN's center point move towards to up,down and forward with the development of age;the STN volume of human brain on the left is larger than the right one.
