分析中国炼油工业存在的问题 ;展望“十五”及今后一段时期炼油工业的发展 ;指出必须把结构调整放在首位 。
The article analyses the current problems of China's refining industry,forecasts the development of the refining industry in the “Tenth Five year Plan”as well as in the period following the “Tenth Five year Plan”,and points out that structural adjustment must be given the first priority while the overall competitive power of China's refining industry should be promoted in the shortest possible time.
