摘要
研究了元素V对低N含量的0Cr16Ni23M06N焊条熔敷金属组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在低N含量的0Cr16Ni23M06N焊条熔敷金属中阚E着V含量的增加,奥氏体晶内出现了含V,Ti球形析出相,同时奥氏体晶界(Cr,Mo)23c6混合碳化物的数量增多、尺寸增大且形状变得不规则,从而使得熔敷金属强度上升而韧性下降。V含量在0.286%~0.810%范围内,低N含量的0Cr16Ni23M06N焊条熔敷金属力学性能均满足指标要求,且焊缝气孔改善明显。
Effects of V on microstructure and mechanical properties of weld metal prepared by 0Cr16Ni23Mo6N electrodes with low N content were investigated.The results show that the spherical precipitated phases containing V and Ti exist in austenite matrix in the weld metal and increase with V content.Meanwhile,(Cr.Mo)_(23)C_6 mixed carbide on the austenite crystal boundary increases and grows to be irregularly shaped,which results in to enhance strength but reduce the toughness.Within certain V content range(0.286%~0.810%),mechanical properties of weld metal prepared by 0Cr16Ni23Mo6N electrodes with low N content fully satisfy the qualification requirements,and welding porosities obviously decrease.
