摘要
采用Soudotape 309L焊带(配套使用Record INT109焊剂)作为中间过渡层,Soudotape 430焊带(配套使用Record RT152焊剂)作为表面抗磨蚀层对材料为Q235B的毛尔盖电站水轮机导水机构底环抗磨层进行了埋弧带极堆焊。实践表明:采用此工艺方法,可获得熔合良好、内部无缺陷且表面成形极佳的堆焊层,堆焊层表面硬度达到图纸设计要求,保证了其抗磨蚀、耐腐蚀的要求。
By using Soudotape 309L welding strip(supporting the use of Record INT109 flux) as the transition layer,and Soudotape 430welding strip(supporting the use of Record RT152 flux) as surface abrasion resistant layer,submerged arc strip cladding on Q235B bottom ring antiwar layer of turbine water guide in Maoergai hydropower stations was used.The practice shows that this process can obtain deposited layer with good fusion,no defects and the excellent surface appearance.Its hardness achieves the design requirements,which ensures the abrasion and corrosion requirements.
