102例乳腺Paget病临床分析 被引量：5

摘要 Paget病又称湿疹样癌，是一种罕见的上皮内肿瘤，分为乳腺Paget病和乳腺外Paget病，乳腺Paget病发生于乳头及乳晕。乳腺Paget病占所有女性乳腺癌的1％～4％，多表现为湿疹样改变、脱屑瘙痒、乳头出血及糜烂溃疡…。乳腺Paget病可分为单纯乳头Paget病、乳头Paget病伴导管内癌、乳头Paget病伴浸润性导管癌怛’。本研究回顾性分析了102例乳腺Paget病患者临床资料，进一步探讨乳腺Paget病的临床病理特点及预后情况。
