IgG4相关性疾病的胃肠道表现

摘要 IgG4相关性疾病（IgG4．related disease）是以IgG4阳性浆细胞浸润为特点的全身性疾病，其逐渐影响医学各个专业领域，如病理学、风湿病学、胃肠病学、免疫学、肾脏病学、肿瘤学、眼科学、外科学等学科。IgG4相关性疾病的病因尚不明确，一般认为自体免疫异常是最有可能的发病机制。
