Advances in the research of the role of MicroRNAs in wound healing

摘要 由烧(创)伤、冻伤、局部血液供应障碍等原因所导致的创面,常伴有皮肤完整性被破坏及部分正常组织丢失,且皮肤的正常功能也受到损害。近期研究显示,微小RNA作为调节基因表达的庞大家族,不仅参与创面正常愈合的基本过程,还被证明与创面病理性愈合、增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩形成密切相关。本文就微小RNA的起源、作用机制、靶基因预测、在皮肤中的表达及其与创面愈合的关系作一综述。 MicroRNAs are endogenous noncoding RNA molecules with 19-22 nucleotides in length. MicroRNAs can post-transcriptionally regulate gene and (or) protein expression by binding to their target messenger RNAs (mRNAs) , leading to mRNA degradation or suppression of translation. As a huge family that regulates gene expression, microRNAs has recently been shown to not only participate in the normal healing proces- ses of wounds but also closely related to pathologic wound heal- ing, and formation of hypertrophic scars and keloids. This re- view focuses on the biogenesis of microRNA and its role in wound healing.
