开放植骨联合负压封闭引流技术治疗胫骨感染性骨缺损14例 被引量:6

摘要 胫骨感染性骨缺损分为胫骨感染清创后形成缺损或骨及软组织缺损后造成感染2种情况,由于存在感染及骨缺损双重病变,治疗棘手,疗程长。2010年6月-2012年6月,笔者单位采用开放植骨联合VSD的方法治疗胫骨感染性骨缺损取得良好效果,现介绍如下。
